Faculty/Staff Computer Accounts

Before new employees are granted access to local computer and telephone networks, the Request for Access to SAU Network (below) must be completed and submitted. The form can be printed, completed, and mailed or completed online and submitted by email. All updates to Adobe Reader will have to be installed to be able to submit the form by email.
